Hey thanks imma try this and it also has the check engine light my dad's friend put the code reader
And it said misfire in all the cylinders

Random misfire can be ignition problem. How old are the spark plugs, what brand are they? How about the plug wires, distributor cap? (not sure if it has coil-on-plug yet in 2000?)

Re

The sparks plugs are almost new I changed them right when it started messing up but didn't put NGK so car felt weak so I changed them again all 6 and installed NGK LASER ones and it has coils no distributor

Sounds like heat soak, the v6's in this gen had/have an issue with this due to the design of the the fuel rails/lines.

I'll see if I can find the documents on this, my guess. Lets say you run the car until it is nice and warm....shut it off. Give it 10~15 minutes and when you re-start the car this issue happens?
