Check the motor mounts, especially the front and rear of the engine. Front is down between the rad and engine. The rear is behind the eingine between the firewall and engine.

Is this an auto or manual?

Ok, that brings one more thing into the testing after you check the mounts.....after checking those, plase post back and note that it is an auto.....I have memory issues.

Of course if you added your car info to your signature that would help....

The rear mount (low between engine & firewall) should have a vacuum hose. Follow that to a solenoid valve. Be prepared to unplug the wiring harness for that solenoid. Find a helper you can trust.

Get the car all warmed up.
Engine idling.
Shift into "D" and hold the brake so the car doesn't move.
Unplug that solenoid valve.

That should make a big difference in the vibration (gets worse). If that doesn't change, then something wrong with that system.

Got a vacuum gauge? Check whether the hose actually gets vacuum.
Broken/torn vacuum hose? Unplugged?

Got a multi-meter? Check out the circuit to that solenoid.

I guess one thing I should have asked was about the tune up items, are they up to date?
