Inner tie rod
 

Took off my inner tie rod. It has the metal locking washer with the 2 ears but there is a plastic spacer between the washer and rack. I did find a pic showing it as a stopper washer? Almost all videos do not show the washer. Why does an 01 ex have it? The 2 ears on old washer were distorted like they were twisted to hell.
