Have replaced the starter (2 X), ignition switch, both clutch pedal switches, battery, ground wire. Still will not activate the starter. Runs if compression started.

 

Verify the small blk/wht wire connected to the starter has 12V when you turn the key to the start position.

On the clutch pedal switch (I believe the lower switch) there should be a grey and black wire. Check that the grey wire has 12V when the key is in the start position.
