Default Clutch Pedal - No Pressure

Clutch Pedal - No Pressure
I have a 2000 Honda Accord and a new clutch was put in the car not by me by my father-in-law and a new master cylinder have problem shifting it pretty much since day one and I can't get a straight answer if the flywheel was turned or not I've recently replaced the slave cylinder, but I have no pressure on the pedal whatsoever I've bled the clutch line I don't know if I'm doing it right, this is the first time I've had a Honda, recently my Monte Carlo of (18) years decided to just catch on fire in the driveway. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I said, I really don't know what I am doing. The pedal just flops pretty much there's there's no pressure whatsoever it's got a new master cylinder new slave cylinder new clutch

A machined flywheel would not cause this problem.

Was the clutch pedal working properly before you replaced the clutch?

Yes, it was working great, the car sat for a little over (3) years, on a slab of concrete, no cover.

Yes sir now that I think about it was, now the car sat for over 3 years on a slab of concrete with no cover I don't know if that would have anything to do with it or not

Most likely you have air in the line. You need to bench bleed the master cylinder before installing, or you can have air trapped in there.

Your new master or slave cylinder could be bad out of the box. You can try installing the old master or slave to see if your pedal works.

There are some good ericthecarguy videos on youtube on how to replace the clutch master cylinder to show you how to install this on a Honda.

If it's already been installed should I remove it and bench bleed it then or do it while it's already installed? Thank you for helping me with this issue it's much appreciated.

You can try on the car, but you'd need to remove the hydraulic line. Hopefully your master came with the adapter and a hose to bench bleed.

Here is the video:
