interchangable?

I was wondering if anyone knowsif the 03-07 accord shares and parts with the acuras (TL,CL) other than the engines...I was thinking about swapping some leather TL seats into my accord....thanks..

If this is true, I think the parts interchange feature of car-part.com's used parts search will show the Acura's as donors. It's worked for me in some cases.
