Default intermittent ABS light

I'm getting an intermittent ABS light. It's pretty much random, but occurs often. Usually(but not every single time), if i put it in park, turn off the engine, and start it again, I will regain my ABS. It hasn't been a real problem, but lately, with the rain and all the crazy @$$ drivers around here, i would prefer to have it. Any ideas? I really want to fix this soon.

I had an earlier problem on my 96 Accord, it got to the point the ABS light stayed on, its a $1,500.00 part alone, I had the dealer disconnect mine, due to the cost.

I'm new to Hondas, but having maintained a fleet of Fords, I learned that low fluid in the master cyl. will cause that problem. Might at least be worth a look................
