Default Kids with BB guns

Hi all,

I made the mistake of parking my 2013 Silver Honda Accord in a bad part of town. When I came back, I found my car's doors have been shot many times over with metal bbs. Can anyone chime in on the best way to fix my door?

I took a picture of one of the bb marks.

Welcome to the forum. That is unfortunate with the vandalism.

Is just the paint chipped, or is the metal dented?

Welcome to the forum
So sorry to hear about this unfortunate event.
Allow me to suggest contacting your insurance company, vandalism is likely covered by the policy

I contacted my insurance company and the best they will offer me since I don't know who did it is that I can file a claim but I have a 500 dollar deductible. I really don't want to spend that type of money. Do you think using a touch up paint pen will at least make my door look presentable again?

If the metal is dented, well that will still be there.

Next inspect the paint at the edge of the damage. Is still on the metal or does it look like there is "flaking" at the edges of the damage.

Not sure how much you can do for under 500, but you can find people who do touch up spots like this. A company that can be used is Colors on Parade..google it. I have seen many different jobs they have done, good work, car dealers use them a lot. But depending on the numbers of shots the cost may end up high. What area are you in?
