Lights do not flash after arming security system
 

I recently had a run in with a deer and had to have my front end on my 2003 Honda Accord W/Nav repaired. Everything is working fine except when I go to arm the security system the headlights do not flash as they did before the accident. The horn will beep if I hit the lock button twice as it should. I have been to the dealer and they know of nothing that would cause this problem. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg having them trying to diagnose the problem as it would be be very expensive if they have to try and isolate the problem. It's not a fuse. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks

Since you had recent front end work, are you sure the hood latch switch/sensor is working?
