Linear shift solenoid question...delayed shifts issue

Car is a 2001 accord DX 4 cyl automatic.
I had codes read a few weeks ago and only thing transmission related was the general Trans failure fault code. Which I looked up and saw it was highly likely to be shift solenoids.

I know there is the twin A lockup solenoid, B and C solenoids. I've replaced them all.
Still have an issue, WHEN COLD, the trans has a delay shifting into 2 and 3rd gear. It will rev up in first and not want to shift. Hard shift down into 1st gear when stopped.
Trans was rebuilt 35k miles ago so I don't think it's a mechanical failing issue (HOpe not).

I know there are clutch pressure switches that might be the problem or I believe i saw a FLAT twin solenoid down there also near 3rd clutch pressure swtich. (see attachment..on the left)

any info on this solenoid or the problem in general would be GREAT. Fluid looks great and it's full. When car is warmed up, drives just fine.

THANKS
