Low beam headlight replacement - 2005 Accord
 

I know this should be simple but I can't seem to get to the bulb on my 2005 Accord (drivers side). Following the direction on the owners manual I went from under the wheel well and removed the two clamps. The problem is that I still can't remove the plastic covering and get to the bulb. The plastic cover seems bigger than I expected and basically covers the entire wheel well not just the area by the headlight.

Please help, I know this should not be so difficult and it will kill me to pay $30 to have a shop change a light bulb...
