Map lights not working
 

So my 2005 accord ex v6 sedan, when i first got it from an acura dealership it was great and without issues, after a while the passenger map light wouldnt come on when the doors were opened. Now neither light comes on when the doors are opened, only the drivers light works if you push it. The passengers light works but you have to play with it. Also randomly every few weeks the lights will start working normally again but only for a day or two.

Its not a fuse because all light work, is it a switch? or a control unit? please help. I would like to get it working again.

It may be a problem with the micro-switches at the map light base unit, unless the base unit has corrosion, etc..
