My 2003 Accord V6 model revs itself up and down

Please, my car revs itself up and down when at Neutral or Park position. I read a lot of thread and they said the IAC should be cleaned, which was done by my mechanic. But the problem is there. Anyone with similar experience?

Did you/they check the coolant level?

Was there any work done to the car recently? Are there any stored/pending codes?
