The S light indicator blinking means it is transmission related. Many Accords for your generation Honda had problems with the Transmission Control Units (TCU). You might want to pull it out and open it up to check for burnt resistors and/or capacitors.

Code 14 from the S light is not the same as Code 14 if it was the Check Engine Light blinking. So, it is not the Idle Air Control Valve.

Honda Electronic Transmission Problem- Troubleshoot, Inspection, Repair, Replace.

Btw: You might want to break up your sentences and use more punctuation marks (periods, etc.); so, it is easier for us to read.

Code 14:
- Short or open in FAS wire
- Trouble in PGM-FI Unit

PGM-FI is Programmed Fuel Injection system

It can be caused by a few different things. But, the usual culprits are either a bad TCU or PGM-FI ECU (your car has a separate ECU and TCU). Pull the TCU and inspect that.

The FAS wire is the Brn/Wht wire that goes from the TCU terminal D16 to the ECU terminal A18. -- There can be a short or open in the Brn/Wht wire; but, this is probably not the problem.

You probably don't have a problem in other parts of the PGM-FI system; so, it probably comes down to the PGM-FI ECU or TCU. More likely, the TCU.
