my honda has problems
 

Hey whats up? I was just looking for some answers on the web and found this site. I just bought a 91 Honda Accord LX with 130,000 miles on it. It is in great shape and I really like the way it drives. But just yesterday it started having an engine problem. Is it okay to ask if anyone has some answers avail? Anyway, it will drive fine for awhile, then all of the sudden it will start to shake and shudder and lose a quite a bit of power. When this happens I turn the engine off and restart it right away, and then it will run like brand new for awhile. Here is the wierd part. Sometimes my check engine light will come on when the car is running fine. But it is never on when I have the real engine problem. I dont know if anyone else has experienced this with a 89-94 Accord.

Welcome to our forum,,,:),,,,,,,first thing you need to do is to read the code (s ) and post them here

go to our DIY section , go to odb codes and read what applies to your car
and 1 more thing , there is no need to open 2 new threads with the same question ,,it takes up unnecessary space ...I already replied to the other post you have

welcome aboard the forum.if your not sure how to input your year and model of your car and others like type of engine,manual or auto,etc go to the My Profile on top of the forum and type it there where it ask for your signature then click the box that says post it everytime or something like that. hope this helpsand willanswer your questions the best we can. have a good day.this is a reply towards benjdotgov,i clicked on the wrong reply box, sorry deserthonda.
