need help: washer fluid frozen in mn
 

forgot to change the plain water washer fluid i had during the summer and now it's frozen. managed to get the frozen ice out and refilled with appropriate washer, but nothing seems to be working except the wipers.

questions:
-could it be a bad fuse? where is this fuse located?
-could it be a bad motor?

Feel the lines on the underside of the hood, if they're hard, they're frozen.

Washer fluid pump is probably in the under dash fuse box on the driver's side. The cover has a label with their locations. You could also have someone operate the washer switch while you listen near the driver's side wheel at the bumper. If the pump is trying to move, it should hum. New washer pumps are about $30 - $45 before tax from the dealer, call around first. I like Buerkle, but they seemed priced high last time I was there.

Park in a enclosed garage, heat the pump and the lines with a hair dryer. A heat gun will melt the plastic. The pump is located behind the bumper and the splash shield, so it's a bit tricky to get to. If you can't get access to it, park in any attached garage (it's been warm(er) here, so it should stay above freezing).

can i get a diagram of the washer fluid hose for the 2004 honda accord? I dont know why mine isnt working I hear the noise when i try and use it its just that nothing comes out, are the hoses visible on a 2004 honda accord?

Looks pretty simple, just one hose until it splits under the cowling. Thing is, you might have to dismantle the cowling in order to see the parts inside the dotted line.
