First read the DIY forum which answers most of your questions.

Suggest you replace tensioner idler parts (bearings).

Many replace valve cover and spark plug tube seals since valve cover must be removed or at least loosened.

You only need seals that are replaced. Inspection of seals is suggested to determine which are leaking and only replace if leaking. Crankshaft, camshaft, forward balance shaft, and rear balance shaft cover (oring).

Largest challenge is harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley) retaining bolt removal. It is very tight and may require special tools, unless you have a powerful air impact wrench and heating torch. Again, there are lots of threads on this subject for reading using search features.

A shop manual for your car is recommended. Honda OEM is best either e-manual (check ebay seller automanualsource) or hard copy (helminc.com).

good luck
