Hello friends!

So I am the happy(till now) owner of a 2007 Accord CL9 LUX, and few days ago one of my rear license plate lights went our, and me being a "smart" individual, have decided to replace it with an LED.
However when I put the LED all my parking lights stopped working when the engine is on, when the car is off, all is running just fine.
I have checked all the fuses, removed the LED and put a normal bulb, removed battery terminal for a few hours even in case of computer error, nothing worked.
The parking lights are working fine when the car is off, but as soon as i turn ignition on, they go off.

I am not extremely tech savy, but i have busted a few knuckles under the hood of my car.
