I have a 2001 Honda Accord 4 cylinder VTECH , car crank but no start, compression is too low, and head gasket is new. How do I fix the issue?

I recommend you have a cylinder leak down test performed; such a test will tell you whether you have bad rings, the newly installed head gasket failed, or bad valves. Armed with the results you can then determine what you need to do next.
