V-6 or 4-cyl engine? (LX-V6 cars apparently exist)

Before you replace the pump again, try to check or rule-out bad hoses or bad seals. The pump suction hose (low pressure) might be leaking & the pump sucks some air & that causes it to make noise.

The reservoir has a fine mesh screen down low where it's always submerged. If that screen is dirty & clogged, that can also lead to a noisy pump.

You should be able to unbolt the pump & replace it. The low pressure hose comes off with a hose clamp. The high-pressure hose unbolts - get a new O-ring so it doesn't leak when you put it back on.

Its a 4cyl. And i had it diagnosed by Honda and they told me it was the power steering pump. It makse alot of noise not only when im turning also a lot of noise comes from the belt. Also power steering fluid spews out of the reservoir whenever theres any in it....Anyway i didnt wanna spend $400 getting the dealer to fix it. But what about the belt do i need to replace that as well?

For the price of a belt, I think it's a bit silly to put the OLD one back on. YMMV...
