Power windows and sun roof plus car starting

So, I have a 1995 Honda Accord Ex Sedan vtec and the person I got the vehicle from, I guess didn't know what they were doing. I'm also new at working on cars but I have a problem. There is a green wire that was connected and put into my fuse box under the hood. The wire traveled to the upper right corner under my hood that connected to a white wire I believe. The white wire traveled inside my car to a switch that turns my back lights and side lights on. Well, I tried to remove the wire and replace it with an actual fuse. The wire is still there but when I try to re-connect the wire, my lights work but stay on. Now, my power windows and sun roof won't go up and it seems like nothing is happening when I click either or. I also can't find an owners manual for a 1995 honda accord ex sedan. Any help?

Is it factory wiring or do it yourself wiring?

Do it yourself I'm pretty sure. I also found out that my small lights fuse is sort of the culprit I "believe"? I replaced most of the fuses because allot of the fuses were wrong.... They were either too high or too low.. I am keeping the wire off though, but in order for my small lights to go off I have to remove the current fuse I put in.

Are we talking about the running lights or the actual brake lights?

Here is the images as the wire travels, also a picture of random wires cut? I don't know what it's for.

Did I ever say I hate elecrical.

Inside the car.....what are those wires connected to? The way that is hooked in....it is hot at all times.

The pink wire thing is one of the high amp fuses (#18 50 amp) for the Ign Switch.

The fuse missing, is #32 , 15amp, for the dash lights, parking lights, tail lights, plate lights.

The two cut wires do not look factory....I'll guess they went to the aftermarket alarm siren right there.

Also, see this thread for a place you can download a manual - get the one for the 94. We are going to need this for getting this wire stuff figured out.

Where I'm going with all of this...

Exactly what does the wire inside the car connect to? Then remove all that BS wiring.

Then replace all of the missing fuses - at least two under the hood.

Now we hope this will get us back to a factory set up - the aftermarket alarm is the only thing not OE. Then we'll have to figure out what is wrong, that the PO could not.
