Problem areas with 95 Accord Coupe?

I am driving a good 2 hours to look at a 95 Accord coupe tonight. Guy wants $1800 for it. It has 175K miles, little bit of rear quarter rust, Manual and he says clutch is just fine, has replaced axles, ball joints, tires, and brakes. I have been out of the Honda game for a long time and want to know if there are any specific things I need to check? He said the only problem he has is the A/C doesn't blow very cold anymore and the driver seat is stuck in its current forward/backward position. Also the steering wheel is REALLY warn. How hard are they to replace?

Any help you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

1. A/C could be a bunch of things... no refrigerant, leak, work compressor, etc.

2. Remove the 4 bolts holding the seat to the floor and it's out.

3. Steering wheel is a bit more complicated. I'd recommend a repair manual for that one.

Well I picked her up today. Got the owner to drop the price a TON because I knew it had some issues to address. What do you guys think about these issues:

1. At start up there is an exhaust leak near the manifold that goes away when it warms up

2. Rear end is bouncy...bad struts?

3. Rear end clunks on every bump

4. ABS light is always on but sometimes not at startup...eventually turns on after a few feet of driving/braking. Braking feels just fine.

Over the next week I am going to be inspecting every bushing and see what is loose and in need of repair but thought I would throw out my issues and see if anyone has fixed similar issues. Thanks
