problem on handling

hey guys, I recently replaced my half shaft cv joint of the driver side, (96 4cyl,manual with abs) afterwards i noticed that when i accelerate within 50 to 60 mph the car would vibrate then settles down around 65. so i had the alignment checked and it was fine, then i balanced the tires and found some faults, fixed that. I drove it again and it still slightly vibrates at the same speed, not as bad but still noticeable. before i replaced the half shaft this was non existent, now the shaft has been replaced then this happened.could you help me with this one.i rechecked all the bolts connections for looseness i even torgue the bolts to proper specs but i did not see anything wrong with it. need help..

could your rim be bent somewhere?
my best guess :)

yup, i have the right one in there.and no i don't have a bent rim either.this problem started right after i replaced the half-shaft on the same day when i took the car for a road test .that's why i'm confuse.is there any other possibilities.
