problem turning the key when parked uphill

My '95 Accord (4-cyl), has developed this issue:

the catr has 180K on it and recently When I park uphill most times (not always) it's hard to turn the key. I have to wiggle it a bit and more often than not pull on key slightly as I turn it.

Seems there is problem with ingintion switch / cylinder. Any ideas?.. thanks in advance.

Could this be because of the way the wheels are turned? If you "rock" the steering wheel a little side to side, does the key free up?

Thanks, but I don't think so, Last time I got this problem I was on a steep driveway with the wheels pointing straight forward (not turned).

Ok, just the first thought...I'm old so when I park on hills I turn the wheels so that "if the car" started to roll it would/might hold on the curb.

Being a manual, that rules out a few things......have you tried to "lube" the cyl? Lock-ease or some other lube for key locks.
