pulsation in steering while turning

I noticed a pulsation feel in the steering wheel while turning at slower speeds. I'm leaning towards maybe an issue with the rack n pinion steering. anyone got a clue to give me a head start on what to look for or how to narrow it down? power steering pump, steer hose?

Are you sure it is only on turning and not with braking?

I had pulsation in the wheel during braking and I needed to have my rotors resurfaced.

turning only. brake pads/rotors have just been re-surfaced. bought the car used, my wife's 2008 Accord, brand new, did a similiar thing when back up, with the steering turned 3/4 the way or more. after throwing parts at it, they eventually replaced the RACK.... which I hope isn't the same issue...:(

It might be the tire or a bent rim. I don't think the rack would cause that. Try rotating the tires and see if it goes away.
