RADIO LIGHT ON ACCORD 2003

On my Honda 2003 Accord, the radio light has gotten incredibly dim -- or else it's totally out (hard to tell). Any suggestions?

RE: RADIO LIGHT ON ACCORD 2003

:):):) To update my situation ... thanks to RTexasF, I found much information on this forum regarding our Accord's problem. My husband drove it into a Honda dealer in Anniston, AL (Sunny King Honda)(GREAT dealer!!!), told them that his radio light is dim. They told him, yep, this has been happening, there's a service bulletin regarding it, and they'll take care of it at no charge to us ... which they did! Parts and labor at no charge and all is working great now. BTW, this problem has been going on long enough that Honda has realized it's a circuit board; they do not replace the entire radio unit any longer, just the board. The dealer said he's done A LOT of these and none have come back for replacement, so it appears that Honda has resolved the problem. If this happens to anyone else, take it to a Honda Dealer and make sure they replace the part at no charge ... Honda is taking care of this problem. I LOVE HONDA!!!:):):)
