rear brake conversion

I recently bought a 99 Accord LX Sedan, 2.3L VTEC, Auto. I was wondering if anyone makesa kit, or if it is possible to convert my rear drum brakes to disks?If anyone could help me out with any info. in regards to this it would be much obliged!

Well, nobody answered, so what the heck...
This is the 'welcome newbie' forum, so maybe if you posted in the 'general tech' forum you'd get more.

Grab therear brakes from a junkyard'98-'02 Accord EX(they have rear disks). You may have to get the knuckle (or whatever that part is called on the rear) as well if it's different. Someone around here must have done this conversion, someone must know the parts list...

Parts websites - check part numbers. And remind me to lock up my '98 EX so the rear brakes don't disappear...
