Rear Bumper Damage
 

I was recently in a minor fender bender with a 2009 Honda Accord (I lightly tapped him from behind in traffic). As a result, my license plate holder slightly dinged the Honda’s rear bumper (see attached picture). I am thinking that this won’t be that costly and am considering paying this out of pocket rather than going through insurance. The individual I hit is out of the country for the next two weeks; therefore, I wanted to do my homework in the meantime to determine a fair price to get this fixed. I also plan on bringing these pictures in to a few local auto body shops to get their opinion but thought this place would be a good place to start. I know it’s difficult to see the full extent of the damage through a picture but it’s all I have for now. Anyone have any idea estimates as to how much this would cost? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
