Shift Lock Honda

I have been doing a lot of research online about my shift lock problem with Honda's. I've checked the following items in my car and I still can't get my car out of park:

1) the brake switch (Good All brakes lights works)
2) the shift-interlock solenoid (Looks good and clean)

I am not getting any power going to shift-interlock solenoid or the automatic power light which lights up the center console.

Please help! I've checked all of the fuses and they all look good.

I was gazing into the crystal ball, but still can't see WHAT YEAR the Accord is.

yeah, what year? most likely the bulb is just burnt out for the light problem.

the interlock problem can be an open wire or a bad tp sensor. if the tp sensor voltage is too high it will not release park.

Honda dude has helped me in the past with my 91... it was the shift position sensor on the gear selector on the floor.
