Default 2006 4cyl intermittent starting problem

I have search the forums and have seen several posts about this.
But I haven’t found what I am looking for.

I have a 2006 4cyl Accord with 330,000 miles.
The car has failed to start on 2 different occasions during the last week..
Both times the car was just driven. The car was up to full operating temp.
When I turned the key nothing happened. I heard a faint click in the engine compartment. I cannot really tell if it is the selonid clicking. On both occasions the car started after waiting 20-30 minutes.

The battery is fine.
I did a load check accross the terminals- voltage dropped to 11.79 volts.
lights don’t dim. All other accessories function properly.
The starter is only 6 months old. I know it can still be a problem.
The wireing harness that runs from the battery to the fuse box and to the starter is brand new.(was replaced for an unrelated issue)

What I am looking for is how to properly diagnose this issue or each component. What else am I missing?
can any of these things be checked when the problem is not present?
Ignition switch
starter
starter relay
Wire harness

any help would be appreciated
thanks

Your starter relay can just be replaced with one like it in the fuse box. Your starter you can be tested by taking it off the car and putting power to it to see if it is engaging.

Verify the click you hear from the engine bay is coming from the starter. If that is the case, then the starter, the + wire from the battery to the starter, or the connections at the battery or starter are the next items you should check.
