shut-off
 
1997 honda accord lx 2.2 automatic 4 cylinders
new gas filter
new egr
new fuel injector
new spark plugs
new timing belt

Engine crank right-up
idle normal..

problem is went press gas pedal ... engine shut-off
throttle adjustment look ok
Engine have all original part no modifications

Have you checked for engine codes? Post the actual code on here, like P1234. Even if you have a code, you need to diagnose first, before just replacing a part.

A blocked catalytic converter could cause these symptoms. Try removing pre-cat O2 sensor or disconnecting exhaust pipe from manifold and see if symptoms are diminished or eliminated. If yes, new converter is fix.

Low fuel pressure might be a possibility, but it would need to be in a narrow range to allow starting but prevent acceleration.

Were you doing any work in the engine bay? Just wondering if maybe you plugged the MAP sensor wires/plug into the IAD plug and vice versa. Or maybe the G101 ground wire got loose.
