side mirrors

I am trying to replace my oem driver side mirror on a '01 ex 4 dr 4 cyl. Apparently there are 2 versions, one japanese and one american. mine needs the japanese one, but my question is, the american one is a lot cheaper, is there any difference? could i buy the american one instead and will it fit? is there parts i can buy online thats painted and cheaper than the dealer? help please!!!!

no , you have to use your model mirror, you can find cheaper from a junk yard or may be e-bay. But I would buy it from the dealer though.

You should check with your local AutoZone or Advance Parts store, I think AZ offers those in both models and they are OEM mirrors..give them a call or go on their web sites to look see...

Technically you could put any style of mirror on it depends wo goodyou are with your car lol and how muhc custom work you want to do

because it is a cheap chineese crap and it looks ugly too [:'(]
