Sign of a bigger issue?
 

Hi - New member here. I hope someone can help me. Three days ago my radio stated I had to reset the ID. Did that all okay. Yesterday my "check fuel cap" came up. I checked it, all was good, but the message is still there. If I change the "TRIP" site it reads okay but it is still there. Is this a sign something is going on my Accord 06 V6 Any help would be appreciated

Get the car battery checked. Many car parts places do it free.

I have also found cars give very odd error messages when the battery/alternator is going. I remember driving my Volvo I got a Brake failure warning stop driving immediately message. Turns out my alternator was just going bad.

Also put a thin film of oil on your gas cap. It will help it seal.
