Slipping clutch. Need helpASAP

I replaced clutch and pressure plate and had flywheel turned. I adjusted everything and put about 600 miles on it. Now it just went out. If you let it cool down it works great for about 10 min. then it's like theres nothing there. Doesn't start to slip or anything like that. Just GONE. Anyone have any idea what it could be? I took it apart and everything still looks nice and new. Has me stumped. 1882 accord 1.8...I want to keep car as it's one of those Old lady cars you hear about. Only 45,000 miles on it. Looks like crap but with the price of gas. I'll get a Maco paint job that will last 5 years. Please help me. I need to get it back on the road this week so my daughter was a car to drive to school. Thanks,Whiskers

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. No slave cyl or clutch fluid. Has cable that I put tons of slack in it. Disingauges almost at floor. Any other info?
