I moved post to correct forum for help. Read new member posting rules.

If "No start" means no engine turn-over when keyswitch is turned to start, then problem is 1) bad battery cable and/or connection (check voltage drop <0.5v) across battery cable to starter to confirm 2) bad ignition switch assy, no 12v start signal to starter (check blk/wht wire for 12v when keyswitch turned to Start), or 3) failed starter solenoid (new starter if 12V is available on blk/wht wire w/ Keyswitch at Start).

good luck

95 accord

Will try your diagnosis, also when ignition is turned on, shift indicator goes to d4 then shortly after to park, could it be neutral safety switch?

neutral safety switch

[QUOTE=mikey62;358140]Will try your diagnosis, also when ignition is turned on, shift indicator goes to d4 then shortly after to park, could it be neutral safety switch? Kind of baffling!

Confirm you're missing the 12v start signal on blk/wht wire at the starter. If yes, then either ignition switch assy or AT gear position (P or N) switch could interupt the signal. Suggest trying to start in Neutral instead of Park and see if any difference.

good luck
