Strange 93 Ex Lights problem
 

Hi, I'm new on here. I seems to be having an extremely strange problem of sorts. After I've driven, (regardless of distance) park and shut off the car and lights, i'm getting the 'lights on' beep when I open the door, the key in hand, not ignition. The lights are obviously off.

The plot thickened when I parked, turned off the lights and took the key out, and the daytime running lights stayed on for a few seconds. Tonight when I got home all seemed normal, no beep, no phantom lights... I'm out of the car and turn back to grab something (it's been about 30 secs to a minute since the car was shut off) and the brake lights and daytime runners come on, stay on for about 5 seconds and then shut off. This is all happening at night when I have had the nighttime lights on. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

I would check the brake pedal switch. That would make the tail lights do weird things. With the issue from the headlights, I would check the multifunction switch. It controls the headlights, the dimmer, the turn signals etc etc etc. Is it harder than normal to turn on the headlights, even by just a little???
