tie rod boot vs. upper balljoint boot
 

Is the boot that is on the tie rod joint the same size as the one on the upper ball joint? I need to replace both boots and the parts stores around here only carry the tie rod boot and not the upper ball joint boot. I would have to get that one from the dealer and thats a 45 min. drive. They look the same to me but I don't know for sure. This is a '96 model 2.7 v6. Anybody know for sure?
