Timing belt

Want to purchase a V6 Accord.
what are the member thoughts on ensuring the timing belt & water pump be replaced at 1000,000.00 K

Not sure what you are asking.

You should replace the timing belt at the recommended interval.

If you are asking how to verify the TB was changed if this accord is over 100K miles, then start with the service department at the dealership to see if it was don.

Are you buying it from a dealer? Then ask them.

Buying from an individual, the best would be if they provide a receipt or something to show when it was done. Otherwise, I guess it's a matter of judgement how well you trust the seller.

How many miles are on the car? If the belt was replaced in the last few weeks, it'll probably look pretty new. Much more than that, it'll be hard to look at the belt & decide how long ago it was done.

Yup, and if you're not sure about when it was changed, change it. Then you'll know when it was done. On my wife's car I did that since I didn't get any service records with it.
