Default Timing belt/Water Pump+Balancer Shaft Seal

I'm finally ready to do the Timing belt & Water Pump replacement on my 99 Accord 4cyl V-Tec. I have the Cam & Crank seals, both tensioners, both internal belts, valve cover gasket setand the water pump but, no balancer shaft seal. I need one thing clarified, does the 99 have a balancer shaft seal? I can't seem to find one listed.

yes it does,,,,,,,,,,part # 91223-PTO-003 ... I would definately install a balancer shaft seal retainer as well... earlier years had a tendency to pop out . there was a recall on those \my professional advice... install it ,, cost is only about 3-5 dollars that way you can be sure that the seal will not pop out
