transmission shift flare

I have a 2001 honda accord 4 cyclinder with 70,000 miles. The transmission has a problem with shift flare. When the transmission shifts between each gear, the rmp spikes. The problem is getting worse rapidly. It used to do it when it was cold but now it is doing it all the time. It was serviced at the Honda dealership at 60,000 and they replaced the transmission fluids. Before being serviced, this problem was infrequent and would occur about 1-2 times per week. After being serviced it has rapidly become worse. Any advice, ideas, or any good transmission rebuilders in the Portland, OR area?

call the dealer,,

HONDA has had a lot of problems with auto trannies , there is a bulletin which might cover your tranny replacement free of charge ..( warranty extension )
I am not at work at the moment so i cannot give you the bulletin # ,, maybe some one else has it available
