Turn signals/flasher not working
 

Ok so I got a 99 Honda Accord 2.3. This problem is very weird as the turn signals and the 4 way will work for a bit then go out then come back on. Now if you wiggle the flasher relay around you can get it to work for a bit then they quit and come back on... someone have any advice?

I'd pull the flasher relay and check if the relay pins have any corrosion. You may want to put a slight twist in the pins to ensure good contact.

If that fails, then I'd probably replace the flasher/turn-signal relay.

I did both of them still the same thing is happening

Anyone have any ideas????

Since you get a response by wiggling the relay, it must be somewhere close. So what about flaky wiring behind the relay socket. If you can get to the wiring, look for corrosion between the crimped connector & the wire itself. Or something of that nature.
