unknown vibration/rattle need help

I'm getting a vibrattion and rattleing at exactly 2000 rpms. It sounds like its the exhaust vibrating off something but idk what. I put some screws in my heat shield and it got alittle quieter for a while, now its back louder then ever. It does it when I put it in reverse too sometimes. Please any help would be great I'm soooo lost . 95 Accord ex 2.2 vtec auto

See this technical service bulletin which may be a possible cause of what you're experience.

Can't download it on my phone. What is it?

I have a 97 EXR Auto, and my rattling came from the exhaust finishers! (or muffler tips) You most probably have two at the back, try adjusting them and see what happens!

Thank you soooooo much I thought it was in the middle but turns out it actually was my after market tips and muffler wearing marks into my bumper. It wouldn't move up and down but more side to side. Thank you. I wired my exhaust to the hook on the bottom of my trunk and problem solved. I was ready to put a new down pipe on and entire exhaust it was bugging the hell out of me

Updated...... wiring my tips fixed it for like 2 days. I'm lost and need help. Same problem still. Could it be my downpipe rubbing off my oil pan. Its close but its bolted to the back of the block. I can hang on it and it don't move a inch. Anyone had a problem like this? Please please help. I can't figure it out

exhaust problem/ buzz kit question

I've been having a rattle in my exhaust and I think I found the problem. Honda makes a kit to install new gaskets and new springs / bolts to the midpipe. There was a service bulletin/ recall on it. My question is there something special about the kit? Honda dealership wants 91$ for the kit and autozone wants 43$ to buy all the pieces seperate. All the parts are just 2 gaskets 4 bolts / nuts and 4 springs right?

Service bulletins are not recall unless specifically stated as such. This was not a recall.

The kit, Honda part number 18010-SV4-305 consist of two gaskets, four flange bolts, four springs, and four self-locking nuts. See attached pic. for type of parts in kit.

Okay thanks for the thread combo too. I just ordered the kit and new o2 sensor. I figures while I'm right there might as well put a new one in. Hoe hard are those pipes gonna be to get apart? Idk if they ever were apart. And would it be easier to just cut the cat out? And straight pipe it back . I smashed all the honeycomb and platinum out of it when it was clogged last year. Its hollow. I can get it inspected no probably without it
