US GPS in an accord where i want UAE GPS
 

I recently purchased a honda accord 2010 model , v6 , full option. It works perfectly but we have imported it from the US. Now the navigation is US as well as all the internal systems,

for eg it will only play odd number stations on the radio
the navigation system will only display US locations.

I live in the UAE and want to make the entire system middle east based.

The honda service centre says that they do not have the software available and that we have to order from somewhere and they will install it for us.

Where do i get this software to make my honda accord internal software middle east compatible?

P.S honda forum, i posted the same question in the DIY section and didn't know how to remove it, i only knew that you cant post for general help there. So sorry.

Please help me fix this as soon as possible

I thought there was a "set up" option on the Nav system where you could select region....or am I thinking of the 2013's?
