Default Vacuum lines

Okay my knowledge is limited and trying to do all this by DIY videos and other research but I have a 2005 Honda Accord I had to do some maintenance and then she started idling high RPM's bouncing I put it on a code reader and got a p0507 idle control air system code I found that what was suggested was to clean the throttle body clean the idle air control valve and then check vacuum lines or hoses into the intake manifold for cracks and brakes well before I start tearing this throttle body and everything else apart to clean I noticed the two vacuum lines on the side of the fuel rail one of them isn't attached I need to know where it goes and I cannot tell by any of the diagrams I've looked at please help I noticed one line is longer goes down in front of the engine and connects to something the bottom the other is a very short line that believe connect somewhere back to the engine but I cannot find where

What maintenance did you do?

Can you post a picture of the vacuum lines you are referencing?
