Water leaking from Dash

My buddy has a 98 Accord EX 4 door. He yanked the carpet due to a water problem which appears to be coming from the dash. I had a similar problem with my Integra which was due to poorly designed wiper compartment cover seals. Is this a problem with the Accord as well? I tried to search the forum for related issues, but was having no luck. Any advise is appreciated.

A clogged A/C evaporator drain line can cause water to pour into the passenger footwell...
