Weird AC Problem, Control button activates IAC, One Fan, No power to others

1994 Accord EX. Verified proper freon charge amount. When the AC button is on, the passenger side cooling fan activates and the IAC bumps the idle up but does not send power to the driver side cooling fan, nor the compressor clutch. I've jumped the PSI switch, the T-Stat, and verified the clutch and driver side fan does engage with 12V supplied directly from the battery. Swapped both relays at the radiator with NEW parts, and checked ALL fuses inside and under the hood. All were good. AC was working and all of a sudden stopped.

Any help greatly appreciated. Also I checked wiring the best I could and don't see any visible damage.

Unplug the compressor clutch relay. Test for voltage on the wire harness. the blk/yel and the wht wire should have 12V with the key in the II position. Use the negative battery post or a valve cover bolt as your ground.

Only the blk/yel has 12V on that harness with the AC button depressed and the key in the II pos.

Check fuse #34 in the under hood fuse box. If the fuse is good, use a volt meter to check each socket for the fuse. One of the sockets should have 12V. Use a good known ground for your volt meter.
