What is code P1739

I went to the local part store and had them to check my CEL and it came back with code 1739. Does anyone know what this code mean? I was told that it was a slip silenoid system. Thanks for anyone's help.

there is more to the test but what the Dude supplied is a good start... perform it and let us know the result..
also you might want to chk all the wiring and plugs around the tranny and specially at the third clutch pressure switch.. located on the tranny frt side bottom ..
