Go to the tirerack.com, enter that size, and start reading reviews on tires. No brand of tire is the quietest, they differ between all models and tread styles. A less aggressive tread pattern is usually quieter. Michelin's (what Honda uses at the factory) are known to be pretty noisy on the highway, but Michelin does make a good tire.

Windows up,, radio loud

i would do as Finch suggested ,,remember the softer the material the less the tire will last

you might want to get on all around tire ( performance, ride quality , safety, etc etc )
like suggested Michelin are very good, Yokahama as well ,, those would be my 2 top choises..

With such low profile, not sure that there are tires out there that are quiet.
I have been using Michelin tires and am satisfied with noise level.

Low pro tires don't have much to with rolling noise, low pro tires will generally be louder on bumps and less comfortable.

Like desert said, softer material has more grip, but doesn't last as long. Harder material has less grip and generally louder.

I run Yokohama S-Drive 275/40/17 on my Mustang and they are the quietest performance
tires I have ever had..... and Ive tried quite a few different tires. I think the S stands for silent.

The S stands for Spirited... my favorite kind of driving.

Those are some sexy tires, how much did they run you?

They are very nice in all ways, they wear evenly as well.
