Default Is my 2013 Honda Accord transmission leaking?

I replaced the engine oil and the oil filter at 10,000 miles

and found out what is for me a sign of leak between the engine and the transmission at front

and bottom

The worst part is that I can't check the transmission oil level because there is no stick but a plug from the top view of the engine.

I'm not a mechanic, perhaps the stain around the gasket is "normal" after 10,000 miles, and for this reason the title of this message is a question.

I have older vehiclles showing similar stains but no visual leaks, maybe because the heat dry them up, I don't know, but this is a new car, with 10,000 miles and my question is to know if this is a common characteristic of most cars, or if this stain (oil mixed with dust) must be corrected ASAP before it gets worst.

Clean it off with some degreaser and see if anything fresh shows up later. That could also be engine oil that spilled or something and ran down.

If you jack up the car, below the transmission fill plug area, there is a Check bolt located to the left and slightly above the drain bolt.

Your advise is good, thanks.

Still, my question is, if the presence of those stains (at the bottom shows a dry drop mixed with dust) is "normal", that it is suppose that the gasket (or whatever means between the parts) might allows some minimal passing of fluid... or, if I have a problem that must be fixed ASAP.

If it was a leak, that would not be normal for your car. Not for the 2013, or at least not yet, there hasn't been any info. regarding a leak in that area. With some other generation Accords, there have been a few production problems on a small number of cars that have caused minor leaks.

The old man of the house says that degreaser has been applied by a car mechanic and now the area is clean.

I just took pictures of it.

What a difference! Also at the bottom

Notice right above that even after the degreaser was applied, the surface shows the stain mark of a former presence of fluid on it.

There is also another concern: the battery.

The battery has six entrances to fill up with water. I guess that each entrance belongs to a separate compartment inside the battery.

The compartment number 5 starting from the left side, is showing a milky color at the bottom. When the cover was removed to check the water level, the area had a white stain, a white mark like orange juice over the floor. What is that? Why that compartment looks white at the bottom while the rest of them show just a dark (black) view of the deep?

Here is a picture of the white color of the bottom of that compartment

This picture is not showing any reflection of light or similar. The milky appearance is there and is coming out staining the surface under the cover. Is this caused by a defective cover? I say it, because water from the battery is not suppose to leak up anyway.

Then, is it the possiblity that because the cover doesn't seal properly that compartment entrance, the battery produces that milky color in that compartment?

Default Breather cap.

I changed the breather cap, JUST incase it wasn’t allowing the air out and getting it hot where the transmission fluid found it’s way out.
