What's this?
 

There's a hose dropping from under my 2012 Honda accord I believe it's from the ac but I just want to be sure

Is that a welded nut and a bolt threaded through? It is hard to tell from the picture.

My best guess is that is some kind of rubber bushing for the sub-frame of the car or maybe a rubber dampener to prevent vibration of a component. You'll have to look on the other side to see what is connected. I don't think it is a/c related.

Can't tell either, looks like there is a drip of water visible from inside. What is your interest / problem / question ... or is it a curious identification question only?
AC units generate water when cooling the air so water drips out 'fast' in properly operating units, more so in humid environments.

Here's the heater unit under the middle of the dashboard/console.
The drain hose is #22. It looks like the very bottom of that hose should poke out from the underside of the floor, just a bit towards the right side of the car.
